Q: How do I get started on a light-up product customized with my logo?

A: Send us 300 DPI vector format file.  Vector files are generally EPS or AI files.  Please also indicate your in-hands deadline.  We will get a quote back to you right away.

Q: What is the minimum order for a custom piece?

A: Generally the minimums are 250 pieces for an in-house print and 500-1000 pieces for a factory direct order.  But check with each individual product to see the minimum on that particular item.

Q: How long is production time?

A: Normal production time for in-house orders is 10 business days. We can RUSH your order in as little as 48 hours or even less, on special occasions. Plesae contact us if your deadline is less than 5 days away and we will let you know if we can prioritize your project to get it done sooner.

Listed production times for printed products refer to the number of business days or weeks in production after all artwork has been approved. We cannot begin production until artwork has been approved. It should be expected for your order to be in production for the full time listed (i.e. 5 Days, 5 Weeks, or 12 Weeks). When placing your order, it is very important that you are available to approve the artwork so that we can begin production without delay and meet the deadline, especially if it is a tight deadline.

Q: Can I add my artwork to an existing piece?

A: Yes, your artwork can be added to an already existing piece.  We have hundreds of body lights to choose from and can print on top of any of them.

Q: What are my body light attachment options?

A: When you create a custom body light, you get to choose its method of attachment. Your choices include: magnetic, military clutch, and necklace attachment.

Q: What are body lights?

A: Body Lights are small flashing LED strobe lights. They come in magnets, clip-on earrings, rings, pendants, and many other shapes and styles. Each piece contains small LED lights that flash back and forth creating an incredible strobe-like light. Logo-Lites always carries the latest styles of Body Lights.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Please create a distributor account with us by clicking on “Checkout” and then clicking “Create Account” under “New Customer”.  Please make sure to indicate your membership # in one of the promotional products industry organizations.  We will review your information to verify your distributor status, and then send you an email that your account has been created.  Then you can place an order online.

Q: What is the minimum order?

A: The minimum order depends on the item.  Our minimum ranges from 1-100 pieces depending on the item, but it generally is 12, 24, 25 or 50 pieces.  Our body lights have a minimum order of 25 pieces, as they are pre-packaged in multiples of 25. 25 piece bags cannot be broken up. The pieces within the 25 must be the exact same style and color. The minimum for each Light Up item we carry is shown as the starting quantity next to each product on the website.

Q: On a minimum order, can I split the order and get an assortment of items?

A: No, customers are required to order the minimum for each individual products. The minimum for a product is its first listed quantity and price. If the first quantity is 12, then that is the minimum order for that product and you cannot mix products within that quantity

Q: Can you turn them on and off?

A: Yes.  Most of our items can be turned on and off.  The batteries are replaceable on many of our products as well and we do sell extra batteries for them.  Chemical Glow items cannot be turned on and off.  Please check each product's details to see if they can be turned on and off

Q: How do magnetic body lights attach?

A: There are two powerful magnets on each magnetic light. One is permanently attached to the back of the battery housing. The other magnet is a thin magnetic disk that can be pulled off the back. Just slide it off with your thumb. These two magnets attract to each other. They can be attached to clothing, hair, a hat, an ear lobe, a piece of paper and many other places. The magnets are incredibly strong and will not fall off easily.

A: The size of each product is posted next to its large animated image within its product page in both inches and centimeters.

Q: How are the items packaged?

A: Our body lights are packaged in bulk bags of 25 pieces.  Each body light is poly-bagged with individual instructions.  There is also a choking hazard warning printed on each paper.
Some of our items come in blister cards, display boxes and individual boxes.  Please check the product details to see this information.

Q: Does Logo-Lites have a catalog?

A: Yes, Please click on the Catalog link to request a catalog. Logo-Lites mails out their catalogs once a month.  If you need your catalog immediately, please click on the link to the left of the catalog request form to download the PDF version and print it.

Q: What is Logo-Lites' return policy?

A: Logo-Lites only accepts returns on defective merchandise. Logo-Lites will not accept returns on used merchandise, unsold merchandise or merchandise with dead batteries.

Any shortages or defects in the Merchandise must be reported by Customer to Logo-Lites within seven (7) days of receipt of the Merchandise. Before Merchandise is sent back as a return or an exchange the Customer must contact Logo-Lites and get a Return Authorization Number.

Defective merchandise must be returned to Logo-Lites within 14 days of receipt of the order. If one or more pieces of the Merchandise are found to be defective, Customer shall have the right to send back only that portion of the Merchandise that is defective. If we receive the merchandise and find that it is not defective, we reserve the right to impose an additional restocking fee of 25%, or we will ship the merchandise back to Customer at Customer’s expense.

Please make sure that all returns are sent back via an insured carrier. Make sure the package is insured for the value of the items you are shipping back. If the package is lost in route while being sent back to Logo-Lites, it is the Customer’s responsibility to handle the insurance claim with carrier.

Once Logo-Lites has received the defective Merchandise from Customer, and has determined that the returned Merchandise is defective, Logo-Lites shall, at its sole discretion provide to Customer one of the following solutions: a) refund Customer for all returned defective Merchandise; b) replace the defective Merchandise with new Merchandise; or c) exchange the Merchandise for other Logo-Lites products.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: Logo-Lites accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can also pay with COD with a Cashier’s Check or a Money Order. The COD charge is $10 per box. Please make your COD and Cashier’s Check payable to Logo-Lites.com or Logo-Lites.

Q: Do you accept payment with a personal or company check?

A: We do not accept personal checks for COD orders. If you want to use a personal or company check, please mail it in and allow 2 weeks for your check to clear and your order to be shipped. Please call in your order and let us know if you would like to use this option.

Q: What shipping methods does Logo-Lites offer?

A: Logo-Lites offers the following domestic shipping methods:

Q: When will my order be shipped out?

A: Online regular stock orders received by 12:00 pm PST are sent out the same day on all in stock items. Phone orders received by 2:00 pm PST are also generally sent out the same day on all in stock items. Most of our items are in stock at all times.  Custom order will ship as soon as the items are printed and ready.  When you place your order, you will choose one of our standard production times of 5 days, 5 weeks or 12 weeks.  For Rush orders, we can get your production done faster if our schedule permits.  If you have a rush deadline, please contact us to see if we can meet your deadline.  We also offer other shipping methods to accommodate your tight schedule. Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Usually we can accommodate last minute shipping anywhere in the United States. We will ship out your order the same day if we are able to even if it comes in after 12:00 pm PST. All of our items are usually in stock and ready to ship.  Custom orders will ship as soon as they are printed and ready.  Normal in-house production time is 5 days, not including shipping time.  UPS Ground can get anywhere in the United States within 5 business days. Q: Can my package be sent via USPS?

A: No. Logo-Lites only offers UPS and/or FedEx to ship all of its packages. Packages sent USPS are far more likely to be lost in transit and since we know your deadlines are important, we do not take this risk.

A: UPS Standard:* UPS Standard delivery time frames differ from location to location. Please contact us to check the delivery time to your province.

FedEx Econmony: Typically takes 2-5 Business Days.**
Mexico and Canada orders typically take 2-3 Business Days.**

FedEx Priority: Takes 1, 2, or 3 Business Days.**

* Available in Canada only.

** Because they are international, these time frames do not include customs' inspection of your package which could delay your shipment significantly. Customs does not delay packages very often, but it is possible that your package may be delayed. Logo-Lites is not responsible for any delay caused by the inspection procedure. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Q: Is there an import tax involved in my international order?

A: All international orders excluding those shipped to Canada have a Value Added Tax (VAT) that is added to the total cost of your order including shipping. All orders shipped to Canada via FedEx will be charged a Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 10% of the total cost of the order including shipping. These taxes will be charged upfront for all FedEx shipments and Logo-Lites will handle customs responsibilities on your behalf. If you choose to use UPS Standard for your Canadian order, UPS will bill the tax to the customer on a later date. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine the amount UPS may charge. If you need a quote on an international order, please contact us and someone in our office will assist you with that.

Q: Can I use my personal UPS/FedEx account to ship my order?

A: Yes. If you place your order online, please include your UPS or FedEx shipping account number in the "Special Shipping Notes" box which appears on the page you choose your shipping method. Q: Can I become an "Exclusive" Distributor in my area/region?

A: No, Logo-Lites does not grant exclusivity to any of its customers. All of our customers have the freedom to sell their products where they please.

Q: Can I make a custom light with my company logo in a custom shape and who do I contact?

A: Yes, we can make a custom light for you. We have made many custom lights for different companies, events, and music groups. These pieces can be sold or handed out as promotional merchandise. Get your name in lights!

Q: Are your items available in blister card packaging?

A: Yes, we do offer blister card packaging suitable for retail display. To receive blister card packaging, there is a 1,000 piece minimum order and it takes 5 to 10 weeks for delivery. Please call us to make this arrangement.

Q: Why do certain Logo-Lites items that are similar cost more than others?

A: The price of the body lights is based on the number of LED lights and the color of the lights. Certain colors are more expensive to manufacture than others. For example: red, yellow, green and orange are inexpensive while blue, jade, purple, pink and white are more expensive.

Q: Where can I sell Logo-Lites?

A: Our light-up products sell extremely well at  indoors at raves, fairs, carnivals, swap meets, parties, clubs, concerts, discos and street fairs.  Logo-Lites merchandise is extremely bright and can be seen from very far away. These lights spark up the party and are sure to bring a smile to everyone's face.  You can even become a walking advertisement by wearing the pieces.  Give it a try.  Someone will undoubtedly stop you and ask you were you got those little lights.  If you have some stock to sell with you, you have made your first sale.  It’s that simple.

Q: What is a good retail price for the Logo-Lites?

A: Your selling price will vary depending on the items you purchase, but the best way to maximize revenue is to sell them at a slight discount if the customer orders more than one.  For example, we recommend selling the body lights at 1 for $6 and 2 for $10.  You can even do 5 for $20 and so on. Most customers will hand you a ten-dollar bill and get two. Some people sell them for up to $8 each and some sell them cheap – 1 for $3 and 2 for $5. At any of these prices, there is good profit to be made. For larger/more expensive items increase prices accordingly.

Q: What type of batteries do Logo-Lites take and are they replaceable?

A: Almost all of our items have replaceable batteries. Our blinking body lights and flashing rings take 2 CR927 batteries. Our pendants take 3 AG3 batteries. Lighted glasses take 3 AG13 batteries. The battery type of each item not mentioned here is posted next to the picture on each respective product page. Batteries generally last 2-10 hours depending on the product.

Q: Where can I get extra batteries?

A: We sell extra batteries for most of our products.  Pricing on our batteries is much less expensive than you will be able to find it most other places such as Radio Shack or Walmart.  Take a look at our batteries section to see the pricing.  Take a look each product’s product page to see what type of batteries they use and if they are replaceable or not.  Not all of our products carry batteries.

Q: Will you match your competitor's prices?

A: Logo-Lites checks competitor prices on a regular basis and we make sure our products are the lowest on comparable items. You may see some items that are cheaper than ours that look the same, but when you receive that item you will be disappointed. We use only commercial grade high quality lights. We stand by the quality of our products.  If a competitor is advertising the exact same item at a lower price, we may match the price.  If the competitor is advertising a sale or clearance price, we normally cannot match that.
