Q:What is the minimum order for an imprinted or custom item?
A:The normal minimum is 500-1000 pieces. The minimum order depends on each product and can be found on each items product page.

Q:How long does it take to receive a custom order?
A:Production time on custom orders can vary from as little as 2-3 weeks to as much as 8-10 weeks. Large quantity orders of over 50,000 pieces may require more time. Rush charges may apply on orders with less than 3 weeks for production. Orders that take 8-10 weeks usually use boat shipping from our factory to save on transportation costs. By utilizing air shipping from our factory, we can cut the delivery time down to 2-5 weeks. Air shipping on some of the heavier items may increase the cost of the order by as much as $1.50 per piece.

Q:How much do the Flashing Pins and other items cost?
A:The price of the Flashing Pins varies depending mainly on what color lights are used, how many lights are used, the quantity ordered, the size of the body light. Other factors may also influence the price. The price of the other light up items is shown on each item’s product page. The price per piece goes down as the quantity increases.

Q:Is there a Set-Up Fee?
A:Set-Up Fees range from $50-$200 depending on what product you order. We will waive the Set-Up Fee on order over 5000 pieces. Each product page lists the Set-Up Fee associated with that specific item.

Q:What color LED lights can I choose from?
A:There are currently 9 LED Colors to choose from. We have Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Jade, White, Purple and Pink. Customers usually like the Blue, White and Jade LED lights the best since they are bright, appealing to the eye, and excellent attention getters.

Q:How much is shipping and how long does shipping take?
A:We ship out of North Hollywood, CA using UPS and Fed-Ex. We cannot determine shipping costs until we know what item you are ordering, how many pieces you want, where you are located, and when you need them by. If you would like a shipping quote, please email us at contactus@logo-lites.com. Some items are heavy and will be expensive if you need expedited shipping. So we recommend ordering in advance and leaving plenty of time for shipping after we have finished production. Shipping UPS Ground is the most inexpensive method. UPS Ground can take up to 5 business days to the East Coast. We can get your products to you faster by using 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight. We can also use your Fed Ex or UPS acct # for your convenience.

Q:What type of artwork do I need to provide?
A:Adobe Illustrator Vector files are preferred and will result in your order looking as close to the original artwork as possible. Other acceptable file formats include .ai, .eps, .tiff, .jpg, .bmp and others. Files other than Adobe Illustrator Vector may result in a 10-20% loss in color and resolution.

Q:How will my logo be placed on the light-up item?
A:Logo-Lites.com uses various methods to customize your light-up item including screen printing, pad printing, using a printed paper insert, and laser engraving. The imprint method depends on what type of item you are ordering and what type of artwork you submit to us. The available imprint methods are listed on each product’s page.

Q:Can Logo-Lites match a specific PMS color?
A:Yes, we can match the PMS colors you specify when your order is placed.

Q:How many different colors can you print on the surface of one of your products?
A:Most of our products have a limit of three colors, but we may be able to do more upon request. A one color imprint is included in the price of each item on the website. On some items like the Flashing Pins, we can print using four-color process. For most of the other items, we can print up to three individual spot colors.

Q:Can I get some samples before I order?
A:We can send you some samples of other items we have imprinted on. We can also provide a pre-production sample of your imprinted item upon request. For a pre-production sample you must have an order pending. We cannot make a sample with your logo unless we have a signed contract for an order of at least 500 pieces.

Q:How do I place an order?
A:To place an order, please send us your artwork to custom@logo-lites.com. Please let us know which item you are interested having your logo printed on by SKU # or Product Name. Please include the quantity you want to order, your shipping address, and your absolute in hands deadline. We will get back to you with an invoice to sign. As soon as you have signed the invoice, we can start production. This process usually all happens in the same day as to not lose any production time and to make sure we get your items to you by your required in-hands delivery date.

Q:What size are the Flashing Pins and other products?
A:We can make the Flashing Pins really big or really small. Normally we recommend something that is about 1.25 inches in width or height. This usually looks good and is small enough to wear on your shirt, but big enough to be legible and to attract attention. Some customers request smaller Flashing Pins, and some request much larger sizes. We have made lights that are over 2 inches wide that use Hawaiian Leis for necklaces. Flashing Pins that are over 2 inches in length or width may incur an oversize charge. The sizes of the rest of our items are listed on each individual product page.

Q:What material are the Flashing Pins and other products made of?
A:The Flashing Pins are made of PC board with LED lights covered in epoxy resin. The battery housing is made of copper and contains CR927 batteries. There is a magnet on the inside and the outside of the piece. The glasses are made of a hard acrylic. Some of the pens are made of aluminum and some are made of plastic. Q:How long will the batteries last?
A:Batteries on the Flashing Pins typically last 5-10 hours continuously. Batteries are replaceable on the Flashing Pins. Check each item’s product page to see if the batteries are replaceable. Most other items last 5-10 hours continuously as well. The fans have a shorter life of about 2 hours, but will last longer if replaced with premium grade batteries.
