Description:

These light wands are amazingly bright with fun bubbles in the wand that look awesome when the LEDs start to flash. Use the Light Sticks at concerts, parties and parades. LED Bubble Wands come with a yellow wrist strap that is comfortable and bright!

Instructions:  LED Bubble Wands with Wrist Straps have 3 light functions. Choose from a super fast flash of color that you have wave in the air to see 3 different LED colors. You can also sent it to a fast flash of the 3 LED colors or set it on quick transition then flash function. To activate or change the setting press the red button located below the battery housing.
